Alia Bhatt tapped into her desi side as she attended the MET Gala wearing a stunning floral saree by Indian designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee.
The actress won praise from fans and the media alike for bringing the 'timeless' saree to the iconic Met carpet and doing so, by nailing the theme 'The Garden of Time'. Shortly after her second walk up the iconic stairs, Twitterati could not seem to shake off the feeling that they had seen the saree before. Many soon began sharing photos of Deepika Padukone from way back in 2017 when she wore a similar floral saree, designed by Sabyasachi.
