Alfredo Morelos reportedly faces a Rangers injury sweat after being left out of the Colombia squad.
The South American striker is missing from Reinaldo Rueda’s pool for their crunch World Cup qualifier against Bolivia.
And Colombian journalist Pipe Sierra claims Morelos is missing due to “muscle overload” which will be a concern to Giovanni van Bronckhorst.
Colombia face a must-win game to keep their Qatar 2022 dream alive but other results could still eliminate them if they do get the victory they want.
Morelos is out and Sierra wrote on Twitter: " Alfredo Morelos will not be taken into account today in the Colombia National Team by Reinaldo Rueda to face Bolivia. The Rangers striker has muscle overload.”
The frontman was included in the squad for the last international break but was left kicking his heels in the stand.
And that angered fans as Rangers went down 3-0 to Celtic at Parkhead with him and they face a crucial game against the Hoops coming up.
Van Bronckhorst won’t want to lose Morelos again as the Dutchman waits to find out the extend of his problem.
