Alex Jones has begged Welsh viewers of The One Show to send in more pictures of her beautiful home country after stating that they are letting her down. Looking down the camera, Alex and Jermaine asked those at home to continue sending in their pictures of beautiful backdrops and landscapes so that they can be featured on the screens that surround the BBC studio.
After introducing what was the come on the show, the 45-year-old mother of three pleaded: "Now, this is the deal. We've got loads of England. But Wales, you are letting me down. We've shown the one of Tenby many many times, but we need some more now."
Jermaine piped in, agreeing that the people of Wales needed to step up their game when it comes to the pictures being sent into the show. He said: "Rally call, rally call for the Welsh!"

Alex added: "Do you know what I mean? And northern Ireland, we need a few more from you too. Scotland, we're ok, but a few more wouldn't go amiss."
This plea came just before the pair welcomed some very special guests onto the green sofa as S Club 7 appeared on the show to talk about and confirm their much-anticipated The S Club 7 Reunited tour, which will be making its way across the UK and Ireland in October this year.
In a statement announcing the tour, the band said: "After eight years it feels amazing to announce that we're reuniting and performing together again. We're so excited to bring the S Club Party back to our fans across the country to celebrate 25 years of S Club 7.
"We can't even believe it's been so long. Music and friendship have always been at the core of everything that we've ever done. We hope everyone can join us for one big party."
The band will embark on their 11-date tour of the UK on October 13, and will be calling at Cardiff International Arena on October 23. The One Show airs weekdays on BBC One at 7pm.
