Welsh TV presenter Alex Jones has resumed her spot on the green sofas as she returns to presenting The One Show. The 45-year-old has recently taken a break from the show after opening up about the "tricky and challenging time" she has been going through.
The star took a break from presenting The One Show over the summer and returned to the show a week after the show returned to BBC One. On the show, Alex said it was "lovely to be back" as she was welcomed by co-presenter Ronan Keating.
Alex also took to Instagram to share her delight at being back on the show. She said: "Just loved being back on @bbctheoneshow tonight. Such a treat to have one of my absolute favourites on to kick of the new term and always lovely to see @lucyyoungthecook too!"
