Welsh TV presenter Alex Jones is best known for presenting BBC flagship show The One Show and currently has her own BBC show Reunion Hotel. Alex has now hinted that Reunion Hotel will have a second series as she continues to work away from The One Show.
The Reunion Hotel sees people who are Welsh or connected to Wales come to the hotel to be reunited with people from their past. From giving thanks to life-saving heroes, romantic reunions and emotional homecomings, to the ex-pupil reunited with the teacher who changed his life, everyone’s welcome to check into the Reunion Hotel.
Posting to her Instagram story Alex hinted that there was going to be a second series of the show, as she told fans it could be them checking into the hotel next after she was flooded with requests to be on the programme. She said: "So many of you have sent in your stories for Reunion Hotel after watching the first few episodes. There isn't currently a specific email address but I will pass them on to the production company and who knows, you could check in next time."

The Reunion Hotel was filmed at Iscoyd Park in Wrexham and was produced by Caernarfon-based production company Darlun and features some very moving stories. In the second episode we see ex-heroin addict, Simon, emotionally reunite with Stuart, the addiction clinic worker who helped Simon recover from his alcohol and drug abuse.
Welsh Simon appeared on the show as he wanted to thank Stuart for all his help in his recovery and see him for the first time as a sober and fully recovered man. It took Simon 10 years to fully recover from his addiction and Stuart has never seen Simon clean and not addicted to drugs and alcohol.
It was a very moving moment when Stuart and Simon met again as they shared an emotional embrace. Simon said to Stuart: "Thank you for seeing me at my worst, my worst version of me, and then again, and then again."
