Alex Iwobi opens up on key Frank Lampard effect
Alex Iwobi has praised manager Frank Lampard's calming influence as the reason behind his up-turn in form.
The Nigerian international has registered six assists so far this season for the Toffees, having already doubled the amount he amassed during the previous campaign. A mainstay under Everton boss Lampard, the 26-year-old is seemingly finding his form amid battles with his own mental health.

Having moved from Arsenal back in 2019, the former Gunners man was often used as a scapegoat for the sides troubling midfield issues last season. Having returned from international duty following Lampard's arrival, the midfielder has insisted his kind words have helped him rekindle his form as of late.

Dele Alli backed to make Besiktas breakthrough
Dele Alli has been backed to turn around his recent poor run of form by Besiktas' Sporting Director Ceyhun Kazanci.
The on-loan Everton midfielder has made only eight starts for the Black Eagles, finding the net twice following his switch to the Turkish giants. With boss Senol Gunes publicly criticising his displays in recent weeks, the former Spurs man has once again grabbed headlines for the wrong reasons.
Alli, 26, was expected to kick on following his temporary move, but Gunes has again - like most managers - insisted the midfielder's output is well below what he expects of the Englishman. With an option to buy in his deal, the former Spurs' man future again looks bleak.
