Whatsapp are due to announce dates for the arrival of a new update that will be accessible to users across the globe.
The handy change will see sending photos and videos get a whole lot easier as testers continue to perfect the change.
WABetaInfo, the app used by parent company Meta to secretly tests features, has been perfecting the beta version of WhatsApp before the widespread rollout.

The main change will come with the ability to forward media with captions with whatever file your sending across.
This means that when you send or forward a WhatsApp photo or video which already has a caption, you won't need to send it separately - they’ll arrive the way they would via email. (caption included).
Speaking about the incoming changes, WABetaInfo explained: "As you can see in this screenshot, WhatsApp presents an alert when you try to forward an image, video, GIF, or document with a caption for the first time.
"Thanks to this alert, users are finally aware that it’s possible to keep the caption when forwarding the media.
"In addition to allowing users to forward media with a caption, it is also possible to remove the caption before forwarding the media in case it is not relevant to the person they are sending the media to”.
Although the feature has been announced publicly, a date for the rollout has yet to be confirmed with the company working on perfecting it first.
