Actor Alec Baldwin is being sued by the family of the late Halyna Hutchins.

The cinematographer's family have filed a civil lawsuit against the Hollywood superstar and the Rust production company.

In it, they allege intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence, and loss of consortium after the fatal shooting on a US film set.
