Aldi, Tesco and Co-op have issued urgent recalls due to safety fears.
The Food Standards Agency has issued warnings for cheese, dog food and more. In one case, the product is a health risk due to the presence of metal. Others have been recalled amid allergy fears.
When a product is recalled, the Food Standards Agency shares details on what you should do if you have bought the item, as well as detailed information on why the product is being pulled from shelves. Anyone with any of the below items should visit their nearest supermarket for a full refund or exchange.
Aldi
Aldi is recalling Primula Spicy Cheese 'n' Jalapeno because of a temperature control issue that could potentially spoil the product, which may be unsafe to eat. The issue only affects products sold at a limited number of Aldi stores in the Midlands area.

Point of sale notices will only be displayed in affected Aldi stores that are selling this product. These notices explain to customers why the product is being recalled and tells them what to do if they have bought the product.

Tesco
Encore is recalling Beef Selection in Gravy multipack dog food because the Beef Steak with Potatoes in Gravy tin, within the multipack, may contain small pieces of metal. It is sold in Tesco.
