Planning to pop the cork on a bottle of fizz this Bank Holiday weekend? Aldi have slashed the price of one of their most popular proseccos just in time for the Jubilee celebrations.
Shoppers can snap up the best-selling ‘Costellore Prosecco Spumante’ prosecco for less than £5, saving customers £1 a bottle, as Brits set to enjoy 860 flutes of fizz per minute over the four-day bank holiday weekend.
Aldi said: “There has never been a better time for a fizz tastic price drop. Aldi’s classic Italian sparkling wine offers fruity peach and pear flavours and notes of apple peel and lemon zest, making it the ideal partner for delicate fish and fresh cheese dishes, or street party canapes.”

As well as prosecco, Aldi has dropped the prices of its most popular Champagnes, wines and spirits, with savings of up to 60 per cent. One of the biggest savings launching tomorrow, May 31, will see the Nicolas De Montbart champagne reduced from £12.99 to £9.99.
