Aldi fans have been left in stitches after spotting a rude detail on a skincare and beauty gadget being sold by the discount supermarket.
The Sculpting Facial Roller Set has sent shoppers into a frenzy after some spotted that the gadget - which even vibrates - has a phallic shape that has left people convinced it's a sex toy instead of a beauty tool.
Customers took to the Aldi Mums group on Facebook to poke fun at the tool after a picture of it was published in the retailer's latest catalogue, with one mum stating: "I swear they are doing this on purpose."
The facial roller is designed to help sculpt the face and body, and has "sonic vibrations" which Aldi claims are supposed to "help relieve tension" in your muscles.
But the unfortunate shape of the product has left members of the Facebook group, which is based in Australia, in fits of laughter.
One commenter wrote: "I literally joined this group tonight. The first thing I saw was the catalogue and I thought the same thing. Then I berated myself for having a filthy mind and then this."
As another said: "There's going to be a line up of ladies at the door when this goes on sale. Well as you all know we do get head and back aches from stress."
While a third wrote: "I looked at it and thought 'what the f**k is that?', I'm in bed and had to put my glasses on and zoom in to make sure it wasn't what I was thinking."
Someone else joked that Aldi, which is known for selling random items in its famous middle aisles, now officially "sells everything", as another said the supermarket chain is "all about that self-love".
In a hilarious response, an Aldi spokesperson insisted the facial rollers - which cost $19.99 AUD - do feel "very good" when used as intended.
They said: "We can confirm that the vibrating Sculpting Facial Roller feels very, very good. On the face. Where it belongs. We strongly encourage customers to read the instructions to ensure they are enjoying the product as intended."
The Sculpting Facial Roller set appears to be unavailable on the UK version of the Aldi website, but the supermarket is selling a Vibrating Rose Quartz Roller that is designed for a similar purpose - but without the amusing shape - for £9.99.
