Shoppers are racing to Aldi after the supermarket launched a dupe for one of The White Company's classic Christmas candles - and it costs a whopping £70 less.
The budget German grocer has become well known for its vast variety of low-cost 'dupes' that mimic luxury brands, including Jo Malone and Le Creuset.
Now, Aldi has wowed its dedicated legion of fans with its new Hotel Collection Inclusion XXL Candle that is said to be an exact dupe for The White Company's cult classic Winter Indulgence Botanical Candle that retails at a whopping £95.
Priced at just £24.99, Aldi's Winter Spice scented candle is £70 cheaper than the designer's seasonal candle and features all the same winter aesthetics, including encased cinnamon sticks, orange slices and berries.
It is also said to weigh a mammoth 4.5kg and boasts up to 200 hours of burn time, meaning you can have this candle burning for a cosy atmosphere all festive season long.
The dupe quickly went viral after one shopper took to their official TikTok account to share how they managed to snap up the indulgent candle for much less.
Taking to the social media site, @natalieolearyxo shared a quick clip of her lighting the candle with the caption: "Aldi Christmas Candle (The White Company Dupe.)
While the candles are regularly priced at just £24.99, Natalie explained to her followers that she managed to get it for just £17 after her local store gave her a discount as they were damaged.
Hundreds of shoppers quickly flocked to the comments section to praise the budget-friendly dupe, with many rushing to tag friends and family in the comments.
"I'm running to Aldi omg", raved one excited shopper. "Want and need", replied a second.
"I am going to Aldi instantly", said a third.
"Bought this the other week. Absolute bargain", commented a fourth.
