Aldi shoppers loving the return of frozen meal kids loved in the 90s

Aldi has sparked serious nostalgia among shoppers with the return of a much-loved product from the 90s. After years off the shelves, turkey dinosaurs are back in stock, and they're just waiting to be eaten with a plate of chips and baked beans.

The supermarket giant is selling nine-packs of turkey pieces shaped to look like recognisable dinosaurs such as the Tyrannosaurus rex, Stegosaurus, and Triceratops, and they cost £1.59 per packet.

Anyone who grew up in the 1990s will notice a definite similarity to the childhood dinnertime meal dinosaur chicken nuggets, reports Glasgow Live. A shopper who noticed the food product was quick to post on the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook group, writing: "Turkey Jurassic World dinosaurs in Aldi £1.59".
