Supermarket giant Aldi has sent shoppers wild with the release of £5.99 perfumes. Aldi often surprises shoppers with items that are almost 'exactly the same' as designer products which would normally cost a lot more.
The stores new £6 perfumes are no exception, and shoppers say they smell 'exactly like' some of the UK's most desirable designer fragrances, which normally cost up to £80.
Posting on Facebook, shopper Lauren Delvecchio wrote: "Just been in Aldi to grab some bits and see a load of girls all going mad for something on the special buys… obviously me being me needed in on it. Turns out they have brought out these perfume dupes today, and when I tell you they smell IDENTICAL to the originals, literally to a T!
"They’ve got Decadence, Flowerbomb & Alien… (Went to Aldi for some salad and milk, left with 5 bottles of decadence & forgot the milk ffs.) So yeah, run don’t walk if you want a barg."
The fragrances continued to go viral as more shoppers discovered them and shared the bargain tip with others. One shopper shared their finds with the caption: "New Aldi Dupes:- Guardian = Thierry Mugler Angel. Floral Love = Viktor & Rolfs Flowerbomb. £5.99 each".
The compliments didn't stop there, as many shoppers were quick to comment on the post to heap praise on Aldi's two new fragrances. "I got these today both smell amazing", praised one shopper. "Wish they did the mens versions, these smell amazing and identical", complimented a second.

Another who managed to snap up Marc Jacobs Decadence 'dupe' - Luxe - commented: "Thank you to whoever posted the aldi dupe of Marc Jacobs decadence £5.99. Also had an Angel & Flower bomb." "This is the best out the three in my opinion xx", one shopper replied.
"Saw the post yesterday and went to Aldi to get some. They are really good dupes. Highly recommend these", said another. Aldi's £5.99 designer fragrance 'dupes' are available in stores now.
