Aldi shoppers have been loving a £17 clothes airer that's part of its SpecialBuy collection.
Every Thursday and Sunday, Aldi fans eagerly anticipate a new batch of SpecialBuys, which can range from homeware to clothing, outdoor furniture, clothes and more. This time, the popular retailer has impressed shoppers with its Addis 3 Tier Concertina Airer.
On the Aldi website, the full product description reads: "This Addis 3 Tier Concertina Airer is great for those rainy days when the washing line is out of action. The multiple tiers provide plenty of room for you to place your recently washed clothes. Upgrade your laundry routine with this useful and efficient concertina airer."
With a drying space of approximately 16m, the airer has a weight capacity of 15kg. It features a plastic locking mechanism and clip, easy glide feet and fold out drying arms/hooks.
Described as 'strong and lightweight' the airer has an anti-collapse mechanism and a locking clip for easy storage. It has a total star rating of 4.5 out of 5.
Among the reviews, one shopper said: "Great airer. I like that it has a click to lock it together when not in use. It actually holds coat hangers for tops etc as required unlike others I have found."
A second shopper said: "Good quality and also nice feature to lock in the closed position. Good value for money and would recommend."
A third review read: "By far the best concertina airer I have had over 65 years. Sturdy and has green tabs on the four corners at the top where you are able to hang clothes, freeing up more space."
