Aldi has released a £6.99 perfume that's being compared to a £260 bottle of Aventus Creed.
The supermarket has announced the return of His Reign Eau de Parfum, as well as a new female addition, Her Reign Eau de Parfum. Priced at £6.99 each, shoppers can save 97% compared to Aventus Creed, which retails at more than £250.
According to Aldi, the Lacura His Reign Eau de Parfum "boasts sophisticated flair". The fragrance has light notes of blackcurrant, apple and bergamot blended with patchouli, Moroccan jasmine and rose, along with a base of musk, oak moss and vanilla.

The new Lacura Her Reign Eau de Parfum has fruity notes of apple and lemon paired with pink pepper and bergamot tones. Her Reign develops into a musk aroma of floral rose and sandalwood with a base of amber, peach and ylang-ylang.
Price difference:
- A 100ml bottle of Aventus comes in at £295, Lacura His Reign is £6.99 for 100ml
- A 75ml bottle of Aventus for Her is £260. Lacura Her Reign is £6.99 for 100ml
The Lacura His and Her Reign Eau de Parfum is available in stores, while stocks last.
