Budget supermarket Aldi has shoppers obsessed with its latest SpecialBuy item, which customers “highly recommend”.
Aldi’s SpecialBuys often prove popular with shoppers, many of whom anxiously await Thursdays and Sundays to see what they’ll be able to get their hands on. Recently, SpecialBuy products have included everything from hanging egg chairs to hot tubs - but this time, it's the retailer’s Wooden Balance Bike Scooter that shoppers can’t stop talking about.
The balance bike, which is available in pink or grey, was created to allow children to improve their stability and build balance skills. It includes a stand to practice and make storage easier.

The Wooden Balance Bike Scooter has racked up a number of five star reviews on the Aldi website, with shoppers praising it as “great” and “brilliant”. One reviewer said: “Great little bike. Very nice looking, easily put together”.
A second wrote: “Great design. Bought for my great-granddaughter for Easter. Most of it was already built and the rest easy to assemble. Love it!” A third added: “Brilliant! Easy to assemble, everything fitted okay and nice build quality. My Grandson absolutely loves it and although the seat is on the lowest setting now it can be lifted up as they grow so it’s good value too.”
A fourth excited shopper said: “Great for kids. Ideal for any young ones wanting to ride. Bike is quite substantial and even has its own bike parking stand. Seat adjusts up and down, and has its own little speedo decal on the front. Proper rubber grips and knobbly tyres. Highly recommended.”
