Aldi is recalling a recent Specialbuy with customers urged to return the product to their nearest store.
The budget supermarket recently advertised ceramic wax burners and tealight houses as a Specialbuy. It was availble to purchase online from Sunday, September 25 and in store on Thursday, September 29.
One variation of the ceramic ornament was a halloween-themed pumpkin wax burner priced at £5.99. However, Aldi is now recalling the item "as a precautionary measure".

They are asking customers to return the product to their nearest store where a full refund will be given.

In a statement posted online, Aldi said: "As a precautionary measure, we are recalling this product. Customers are asked to return this product to their nearest store, where a full refund will be given.
"We apologise that this product did not meet our normal high standards and thank you for your co-operation."
