Aldi has launched a limited edition range of ice cream for dogs. It says it is the first supermarket in the country to offer the product for canines, which will cost owners £2.99 for a pack of four mini 100ml tubs.
The ice cream is available in two flavours - pea & vanilla and apple & carrot. Beechdean Doggy Ice Cream will be in stores from June 16. Plant-based and made with real fruit and vegetables to offer a nutritious snack, the ice creams also keep canine friends cool throughout the warm weather.
As part of the rollout, Aldi has teamed up with ice cream vendors in three parts of the country to see what pups and pooches think of the cooling treat. Available in vans across Brighton, Essex and Scotland, this cooling delicacy is sure to get tails wagging.
