With less than 90 days until Christmas, the festive season is under way in Aldi as a range of mince pies hit shelves this week - from just 18p per pie. Back by popular demand are Aldi’s Specially Selected Almond/Sloe Gin Mince Tarts (£2.99, 6 pack).
For those who prefer a more traditional treat there are Aldi’s Specially Selected Mince Pies (£1.75, 6 pack). The all-butter pastries are filled with mincemeat infused with brandy, cognac and cider, with a sugar dusting, and sit alongside the Holly Lane Deep Filled Mince Pies, at just £1.09. With six mince pies per pack, it works out at just 18p per pie.
