Beauty fans will be excited to hear that Aldi is set to restock its popular Charlotte Tilbury lip oil 'dupe' later this week, with a price point £24 cheaper than the designer brand.
The Lacura Collagen Lip Oil is set to make its grand return to store as part of the budget supermarket's Specialbuys range from Thursday, May 18. Priced at just £3.49, the budget beauty buy was a hit with shoppers when it dropped in-stores last year.
What's even better, is that the collagen lip oil is said to be a 'dupe' for Charlotte Tilbury's Magic Lip Oil Elixir, which is priced at £28 from Charlotte Tilbury, John Lewis and Feelunique. That means, Aldi shoppers are saving a whopping £24.51 with the Lacura 'dupe'.
Eager bargain hunters will know that this is not the first time that the discounter has launched a 'dupe' for the pricier beauty brand. Its £2.99 Lacura Perfect Nude Lipstick was recently hailed for being identical to Charlotte Tilbury's iconic Pillow Talk, which costs £27.
The £3.49 Lacura Collagen Lip Oil has been formulated with Collagen, Vitamin E and Shea Butter. Presented in a pocket-sized 8ml tube, it is said to "plump the lips" and leave them with "extra shine."
The packaging is also similar to the designer brand's version, as both feature a similar rollar ball applicator, metallic detailing and abstract design.
Aldi's website has been awash with reviews from beauty fans who have been stocking up on the "unbelievable" 'dupe', with many even calling for its long-awaited return.
One glowing review read: "Absolutely beautiful. A dupe of Charlotte Tilbury. Roller ball application great. Beautiful smell. Gloss lasts. I’m off to Aldi to get another tomorrow. It’s a no brainer."
A second excited shopper said: "Oh my !! Bought two yesterday one for myself one for my daughter absolutely lovely -,love the glass roller ball nice taste and certainly makes your lips soft . Went back today and stocked up especially at the price it is when you see that certain designer makes are about £28."
