The new £30 Aldi kitchen SpecialBuy sandwich maker has been put to the test. With the Aldi gadget promising to make a breakfast McMuffin that rivals McDonald's, writer Bethan Shufflebotham gave it a go, reports the MEN.

In theory Aldi's £30 breakfast sandwich maker could save fast food fans a significant amount of money in the long-run. Aldi's Drew and Cole breakfast sandwich maker costs £29.99 - £10 cheaper than at Currys and Amazon.

The Drew and Cole breakfast sandwich maker is currently out of stock on the Aldi website, but became available in stores on May 7. So if you're in luck, you'll still be able to find one.
