Former Arsenal striker Alan Smith has been speaking about Gunner's target Youri Tielemans in a recent interview, stating that the Belgium international would 'improve any side'.
Smith was a Foxes player before joining Arsenal, and he believes it's best for Leicester to sell Tielemans since he only has one year left on his current deal.
"It feels to me like they have already said their goodbyes. I would imagine he will definitely move this summer," he said.
"I can't imagine they will wait until next summer and lose him on a free. I think he'll go.

"Arsenal looks perhaps the most likely, but we'll wait and see. He has done ever so well for Leicester. This last campaign was flat, but it was for a lot of players there.
"He is a really good player, and he will improve any side, I think."
Arsenal's interest in Tielemans is strong, although recent reports have suggested that the Gunners are yet to table a formal bid.
When diving into the current team dynamics, the north Londoners are evolving under Mikel Arteta, and the tweaks made to the system has meant that the left-sided central midfielder is now given greater responsibility in advanced areas, in between the lines.
Granit Xhaka currently operates in this position, and whilst the Swiss international has been very consistent since Arteta's arrival, he hinders the team inside the final third.
Someone like Tielemans, on the other hand, possesses qualities that would elevate Arsenal inside the final third. While the 25 years old's off-the-ball deficiencies are a concern, particularly in how he struggles to cover ground and has a tendency to lunge into tackles, at Arsenal, he would be tasked to defend small spaces, which would mitigate some of his flaws.
It will be interesting to see how this story develops, and one would expect that a potential deal could accelerate now that Tielemans has finished international duty. With just one year left on his deal Arsenal could get Tielemans for a knockdown price with no expectations he will sign a new deal.
