Al Pacino is preparing to welcome his fourth baby at 83 with his pregnant girlfriend Noor Alfallah.
The 29-year-old TV producer is thought to be eight months pregnant and just weeks away from giving birth to her first baby.
The couple were first spotted having dinner together in Venice, California in April 2022 - just months later the couple conceived.
The brunette beauty was also seen with the Godfather star in an Instagram post shared by actor Jason Mamoa from the opening of a new art gallery.
The news might come as a shock to Pacino's ex-girlfriend of two years Meital Dohan after their split early in 2020.
“Now he is already an elderly man, to be honest. So even with all my love, it didn’t last,” she told Israeli magazine La’Isha.
But Alfallah has already had her share of public relationships with older men.
She reportedly dated Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger for about a year when he was 74 and she was 23 in 2017, according to Page Six.
Alfallah also had a rumoured romance with Clint Eastwood, 91, after they were photographed at dinner in Los Angeles.
But Alfallah denied the Clint rumours and said told the Daily Mail : "There is no relationship, we’re not dating. There is no relationship. We’re family friends, and my family was there and that’s it."
She has also been linked to billionaire property tycoon Nicolas Berggruen, 61, according to the Daily Mail.
Posting a picture of herself and Berggruen in August 2018, she wished her "partner in crime" a happy birthday, adding: "So happy I get to celebrate with you."
Alfallah's current love and baby daddy Pacino is already a father to three children with two women.
The Scarface star shares 22-year-old twins Olivia Pacino and Anton James Pacino with National Lampoon star Beverly D'Angelo, having had Julie Pacino, 33, with Jan Tarrant.
Pacino will have a familiar face to turn to for advice on dealing with a newborn at an advanced age - his longtime colleague Robert De Niro, 79, welcomed his seventh child with girlfriend Tiffany Chen last month.
Alfallah has previously been linked romantically with Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger, billionaire Nicolas Berggruen and cinema icon Clint Eastwood – although in the latter's case she said they were just family friends.
Alfallah's age gap with Pacino “doesn't seem to be a problem”, a source told Page Six in April 2022, adding that the Kuwaiti-American film producer “mostly dates very rich older men”.
“She moves with the wealthy jet-set crowd, and she comes from a family with money.”
Beverly D'Angelo opened up about her relationship with Pacino in an Instagram post earlier this month.
The 71-year-old actress said she decided to share details about her relationship with Pacino after her “dm box got filled up with questions” on the topic.
“My story with Al began 27 years ago, two artists meeting, falling in love,” said D'Angelo.
“We lived together for seven years, had two children and eventually broke up.”
