Akshaya Patra's new hi-tech kitchen in Dakshina Kannada to produce 15k meals per day

MANGALURU: The Akshaya Patra Foundation on Sunday inaugurated a transformative kitchen facility with a capacity to produce 15,000 nutritious meals a day, at Kodman Village, Meramajalu Gram Panchayat, Bantwal taluk, about 20 kms from Mangaluru.

The occasion was graced by Sugunendra Tirtha Swamiji of Puthige Mutt, Udupi; Madhu Pandit Dasa, Chairman, Chanchalapathi Dasa, Vice-Chairman, Akshaya Patra Foundation, Tathwdarshan Swami, Gurukul In charge, Kodachadri, Gunakara Rama Dasa is the President of ISKCON, Mangaluru and Regional General Manager of Akshaya Patra operations Bengaluru, Mangaluru and Ballari. Sathish Naik, President, Meramajalu Gram Panchayat and Radhakrishna Tantri, Vice President, Ammunje Grama Panchayath.
