Ajit Anantrao Pawar was born on 22nd July 1959. His birthplace is Ahmednagar district of Maharashtra. Until his death in January 2026, he served as the eighth Deputy Chief Minister of the State. He was working in the cabinet of the current CM Devendra Fadnavis, alongside Eknath Shinde.

Condolences to his family and countless admirers. Om Shanti.”
