Ajax star Dusan Tadic has highlighted one of Erik ten Hag's best qualities that Manchester United's most recent managers have lacked.

United's Premier League title drought is edging towards a decade and it's now almost five years since they lifted any piece of silverware. Last November saw Ole Gunnar Solskjaer become the latest managerial sacking in the long list of successors to Sir Alex Ferguson.

One of the biggest complaints from United fans in recent years has been the club's inability to improve the talented youngsters they've brought into the squad. However, Tadic has already highlighted how Ten Hag's ability to help players grow is one of his best assets.
