Aizawl FC coach confident as I-League resumes

I-League is all set to resume on Thursday in West Bengal after a break of more than two months following a Covid outbreak in the camps immediately after the first round. All eyes will be on the tie involving former champions Aizawl FC and Mohammedan Sporting Club (MSC) at Kalyani in the evening.

The last time the two teams met, Aizawl had won 3-0 and that was in the backdrop of coach Yan Law’s expulsion by Mohammedan Sporting last season. Lot of time has gone by since then and Law, who took up the reins of Aizawl next, is hoping to restart the season on a high after they had lost their opening and only tie against Real Kashmir in December last year.
