Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace sparked major concern among her fans after sending a cryptic post about 'drowning' on social media.
The former Big Brother star shared a photo of a person falling deeper underwater on her Instagram Stories to her 597,000 followers on Tuesday.
A quote on the image read: "Sometimes you don't realise you're actually drowning trying to save everybody else."
She later told her devoted followers, who had contacted the reality star with messages of concern, that she was "drained" before thanking them for their support.
Aisleyne said: "You guys have so much empathy I adore reading your messages. She added: "Sorry if my stories are depressing....I post real life coz it helps me and helps others... I don't do fake happy posts xx."
The star, who turned 44 on Wednesday, seemed more optimistic with a later post on Tuesday when she share a quote reading: "You save everyone but who saves you?", to which she captioned: "My followers and my friends," followed by a heart eyes emoji, smiling face with heart emoji and a red love heart.
The TV personality also called for schools to teach children about "mental health, emotional maturity, money management and confidence" before sharing her birthday posts from her celebrity pals on Wednesday.
Model Nicola McLean was the first to post, which Aisleyne shared on her Instagram Stories, with a photo of the pair kissing and a caption which read: "Happy birthday you are the f****** best @aisleyne1 the best times with you."
Nicola shared more pictures of the two blonde bombshells as they partied over the years, adding: "Always got each other. Happy birthday @aisleyne1".
Aisleyne took to her Stories in the early hours to thank her friends, writing: "I really am so very blessed with beautiful strong women whom I get to call my friends."
In the run-up to Christmas, the OnlyFans model shared a candid picture of herself in tears after accusing an Asda supermarket manager of "ruining" an old lady's Christmas. She said her tearstained faced the showed the "reality of the pressure" of the big day and urged her followers to be strong.
On Christmas Eve, Aisleyne tweeted: Wow ... to think I tweeted nice things about @asda and now one of their managers as [single] handedly ruined my and a vulnerable old [lady's] Christmas... I'm actually shaking in shock! Thanks guys." She did not explain how Asda had spoilt her Christmas, despite being questioned by followers.
