A six-year-old boy was left heartbroken when airport staff laughed in his face as his dream trip to Disneyland was cancelled, his parents claim.
Dad Mike Cole said son Oliver burst into tears at Bristol Airport when their easyJet flight to Paris was called off after being delayed for over two hours.
They had spent two years saving up for the trip.
