Air Force Major Jason Watson has been ordered into pretrial confinement. It is the second time he has been detained since he called for President Donald Trump's impeachment on the steps of the US Capitol in July.
An Air Force spokesperson said Watson was 'ordered into pretrial confinement' on 18 August, on probable cause that his misconduct had continued. He is held at a county facility in Maryland on a military hold, has not been charged, and the case remains under investigation.
