An air ambulance landed in Formby tonight after a child was hit by a car.
Emergency services were called to Harrington Road in Formby at around 5.40pm on Thursday (March 23) after the child hit. Merseyside Police attended the scene and North West Ambulance Service were also called, before an air ambulance landed on a field next to Larkhill Lane.
The driver stopped at the scene. As yet, the condition of the child is not yet known.
