Ed Sheeran took to the stage in Belfast on Thursday for the first of his two shows in the Northern Irish capital.
However, some were left disappointed with the delays they faced accessing the venue at Boucher Road Playing Fields.
The entrance to the site was said to be “chaotic” and “thousands” of people were “refused entry” over issues with ticket verification.
