AIIMS names expert team to assist former Tamil Nadu CM J Jayalalithaa death probe panel

J Jayalalithaa AIIMS All India Institute of Medical Sciences

CHENNAI: The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has constituted an eight-member medical board to assist the Justice A Arumughaswamy Commission probing the circumstances leading to the death of former chief minister J Jayalalithaa, as directed by the Supreme Court.

In view of the development, the commission has called for a meeting on February 16 to discuss the plan to proceed with the further course of proceedings.
