West Ham United are on the trail of Partick Thistle youngster Aiden McGinlay with the prospect impressing in the Jags youth ranks this term.
The Hammers watched the midfielder as he netted two goals for a young Jags side against Livingston with the left-sided player a regular at under-16s level this season. McGinlay impressed and the Premier League giants plan to watch him again over the coming weeks.
The Jags have a thriving youth academy that have seen Rangers sign Cameron Cooper from them in the summer. The Firhill side also sold Aidan Fitzpatrick to Norwich City when they were in England's top-flight although he has since returned for a second spell in Thistle colours.
