AI giants fly in as safety, copyright debates heat up

Four of the world's top artificial intelligence developers will face a parliamentary grilling as the political heat cranks up on the industry.

OpenAI's chief strategy officer, Jason Kwon, will fly in from the US to represent the ChatGPT developer at the first hearing of a Joint Select Committee on AI in Sydney.
