After Tricking Kind Couple Into Thinking She Was A Kid, 38YO Woman Learns Her Fate In Court

A Brazilian woman has finally learned her fate after reportedly spending 14 months convincing a kind couple that she was a vulnerable 12-year-old girl.

Amanda Maria Souza de Oliveira, now 37, admitted that she lied about her identity but insisted she never intended to scam anyone.

The bizarre case began when Oliveira approached a church in Joinville, Brazil, and told a pastor that she had escaped mistreatment in the northern state of Pará.
