CHANDIGARH: After deciding to repatriate doctors, the teachers on deputation in Chandigarh from Punjab and Haryana who have overstayed are on the UT administration’s radar.
Recently, in a first-of-its-kind decision, the Chandigarh administration had decided to repatriate 112 doctors, who had overstayed after completing their deputation period of three years and five years in extreme cases, to their parent states in a phased manner.
