After 3-year-old killed, activists address growing risk of guns and road rage: ‘This is totally unacceptable’

As a police detective knocked on doors seeking tips about a 3-year-old boy killed in a road rage shooting in West Lawn, community activists gathered Sunday morning to address the growing danger of drivers with guns.

“This is totally unacceptable at the highest level,” said Tio Hardiman, president of Violence Interrupters. “We’re supposed to protect children.”
