African themed restaurant chain set to open first Bristol branch this summer

An African inspired restaurant group will be making its Bristol debut this summer which is said to promise “a unique vibrant menu” and a standout eating out experience in the city.

Founded by entrepreneur Omair Ali in 2018, Afrikana was established on the concept of fusing popular mainstream dishes with African flavours.

With its beginnings in the Midlands town of Aldridge in 2018, Afrikana has since opened seven more branches that include Derby, Cardiff and Leicester.
