Afghanistan name uncapped Sediqullah Atal for Bangladesh ODI series

NEW DELHI: Sediqullah Atal, a 23-year-old opening batsman, has been included in Afghanistan's 19-member squad for the upcoming three-match ODI series against Bangladesh, scheduled to take place in Sharjah next month.

Atal's consistent performances in the ongoing Emerging Asia Cup in Oman have earned him his first call-up to the ODI squad, having previously represented Afghanistan in six T20 internationals.
