Nestlé UK & Ireland has recalled three Aero hot chocolate products.
The chocolate brand recalled Aero 'Hot Choc' jars (288g) and sachets (24g) and Aero Go Instant 'Hot Choc' cups (28g). The products were pulled from shelves after a "a possibility that food-grade silica beads could be found in a very small number of packs".
Although food-grade silica beads are not dangerous when consumed, Nestlé "sets very high standards for the quality of its products and any packs affected by this issue clearly fall short of those standards".
