Motor insurance to loans group Admiral and co-working venue and business support provider Welsh ICE have joined forces to provide a new programme designed to help nascent female entrepreneurs achieve commercial success.
As part of its 30th year in business celebrations, Wales’ only FTSE 100 firm will welcome 30 women, across the Cardiff Capital Region, onto its Admiral 5-9 Club. Delivered by industry experts over a nine weeks the after work programme will cover topics such as idea generation, sales, marketing, branding, business planning, overcoming imposter syndrome, pitching ideas, funding and legal advice. Additional in-person and virtual support will be provided by Welsh ICE.
In the final week all participants will be invited to pitch evening to share their ideas with experts.
The programme, which is being funded entirely by Admiral will also include a series of panel discussions to tackle common barriers experienced by local female entrepreneurs when starting up.
