The Hello hitmaker, 33, looked loved up as she was spotted at the 2022 NBA All-Star Game at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland, Ohio.
She looked glamorous in the Alaia leopard print coat as she sat beside her sports agent boyfriend.
Between her $46 tights, $14,700 coat, $3,180 dress and $1,375 boots, her outfit added up to an eye-watering $19,301, which is equivalent to £14,190.
Rumours about her relationship status were sparked after she flashed a huge diamond ring on her engagement finger on a night out at a gay club in London.
Expert jewellers valued the rock on her finger she wore to the BRITS to be £740,000.
She was quizzed about the ring during an appearance on The Graham Norton Show, where she remained coy.
"If I was, would I ever tell anyone if I was or wasn't?" she responded after the chat show host asked if Rich had popped the question.
During the game she was spotted wearing a ring on the same finger but it appeared to be an understated band - or there's a chance she's twisted the diamond around to meet her palm.
But the singer hasn't made any announcement yet, and some have said that she is known for wearing rings on her left hand.
The couple sat on the front row, where Adele, who oozed sophistication, watched the match intently.
Her honey blonde locks flowed in gentle waves and the star wore her signature winged eyeliner.
The singer, who wore a nude lip, added a pair of pointed heeled boots and black tights.
Rich kept it casual in a pair of distressed jeans and black leather boots.
The 40-year-old added a branded jacket by his Klutch Sports Group agency.
The couple sat beside singer Mary J. Blige, 51, who wore a baby pink and black catsuit with three huge chains around her neck.
Adele was back in the UK to attend the BRIT Awards when the sparkler was first seen.
On Sunday, she let her hair down on wild night out at London's gay club Heaven.
Adele and her pals were escorted to the establishment's VIP areas to watch the G-A-Y's Porn Idol event.
To the delight of fellow clubbers, the Tottenham native climbed onto the main stage and began dancing on one of the poles.
She was wearing a several thousand pound Fendi suit as she showed off her moves.
And as if that wasn't enough, Adele gave a special performance of It's Raining Men by the Weather Girls.
Adele's cancelled Las Vegas residency has now allegedly been rescheduled to between June and September 2022.
She had told fans that the show at Caesars Palace's The Colosseum wasn't ready in a teary video just 24 hours before the show.

Speaking of Adele's reported new dates, a source told The Sun on Sunday: "That is the scheduling that would make the most sense. Talks are ongoing at the moment, and the hope is that Adele's rearranged dates will be agreed very soon. She has made it clear that next year is not an option, and everyone is keen to lock the dates in."
