Adele issues harsh warning to fans who 'throw something at her' during show

Adele has issued a harsh warning to any fans who think they can 'throw something' at her during a live performance.

The Hello singer addressed a recent trend of fans 'assaulting' artists on stage and threatened to 'kill' anyone who does it to her, reports the Daily Star.

Recently, Bebe Rexha performed in New York when a fan launched his phone at her, which hit her in the eye and resulted in the singer needing stitches and cancelling the rest of the show.

Days later, Ava Max was slapped by a concert-goer who managed to get on stage before security could stop them, with the Sweet But Psycho signer suffering an eye injury saying "the inside of her eye is scratched."

Fans have also been giving Pink things whilst on stage, including a bag of ashes to a wheel of brie.

At her show last weekend, Adele, 35, addressed the recent trend which has negatively affected her fellow artists.

She took to Instagram, asking her followers on a reel: "Have you noticed how people are forgetting f***ing show etiquette at the moment and just throwing s*** on stage?"

She then issued a stern warning: "I f***ing dare you. I dare you to throw something at me. I'll f***ing kill you."

The songstress has been performing her Weekends With Adele concert residency in Las Vegas since November last year.

The residency was supposed to start in January of that year but after various Covid cases in her camp, Adele pushed back the shows much to her fans' dismay.

The shows are set to continue into September of this year.
