Adele hilariously scolds football fans in viral clip as she cheers on England's Euros 2024 semi-final win

Adele hilariously scolded football fans as England captain Harry Kane prepared to take his penalty at the Euros semi-final in Dortmund on Wednesday evening.

The Rolling In The Deep hitmaker, 36, looked tense before kickoff, showing her support for the Three Lions, who won 2-1 against the Netherlands to secure a place in the final.

Now in a viral clip, the singer could be seen nervously clasping her hands together under her chin as she watched Kane walking up to the box to take the controversial penalty.

Despite her focused demeanour, the London-born star turned to fans in the stands and told them to “shut up” as they began excitedly shouting before the footballer had touched the ball.

After Kane’s ball hit the back of the net, she jumped out of her seat in jubilation while Ed Sheeran was also spotted in the same box.

The Three Lions reached another European Championship final as they won 2-1, Ollie Watkins coming off the bench to fire in a 90th-minute winner and take Gareth Southgate’s side into the final to face Spain.England are set to take on Spain in final of Euro 2024 which will take place at the Olympiastadion in Berlin on Sunday at 8pm BST.

The Hello singer is in Germany as she prepares for Adele in Munich, her second concert residency and first European show since 2016, which will run from August 2 to August 31.

It’s the singer’s only scheduled European gig for 2024, with performances held twice a week at the 80,000-seat Munich Messe outdoor arena.

Adele in Munich follows her first concert residency, Weekends With Adele, which ran from 2022 to 2024 in Las Vegas.
