Adelaide man who allegedly stole car with baby inside seeks to withdraw guilty pleas, claiming he was affected by drugs

An Adelaide man who pleaded guilty to abducting a four-month-old baby during a carjacking was still "strung out" on drugs when he confessed, a court has heard.

Ilias Sammy Latsis is now attempting to withdraw his guilty pleas meaning that the case may go to trial.
