Compatriots Brenden Aaronson and Tyler Adams are going to be crucial in helping one another settle at Leeds United. Their chemistry on the field, off it and history with Jesse Marsch are all cornerstones to their recruitment.
Adams was seen as something of a replacement for Kalvin Phillips when he arrived, though Marc Roca’s arrival has also added competition to that department. The former RB Leipzig man has opened up on the kind of midfielder he is and why he enjoys playing with Aaronson so much.

“In transition, I have a lot to offer, whether it’s defensively when we’re transitioning, being able to catch players and win the ball and then give it to the creative guys. That’s a reason I love to play with Brenden.
“I win the ball, give him the ball and he just goes on his own. Those are the guys I like to play with. I always stick to my character and my attributes, but one of the areas I want to improve on is in that final third.
“How can I find that final pass and help get the ball to some of the guys that can score the ball in good positions? I need to continue to work on that, but defensively I know has always been my strength in winning balls.”
