Adam Schefter’s phone went off during an ESPN NFL segment, and the whole broadcast crew lost it

ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter got quite a surprise during a Saturday segment on the week of NFL training camps, much to the enjoyment of his fellow broadcast crew.

During the ESPN on ABC broadcast, Schefter’s cell phone began playing the Anita Ward disco hit “Ring My Bell” in the middle of a conversation and wouldn’t stop playing.

You could see Schefter trying to silence the music without much luck, and everyone else on set couldn’t contain their laughter as the song kept playing on the broadcast.

Schefter claimed that his phone was off, and this song wasn’t even his normal ringtone, which makes the moment even funnier.

You just never know what happens when the cameras start rolling, and this turned a pretty routine conversation on NFL training camps into an absolutely priceless moment of delightful chaos.

Will Schefter switch this song to his permanent ringtone now? It’d be pretty hilarious if he did.
