Kevin Clark asked ESPN’s Adam Schefter for the weirdest place he broke a story. Schefter paused and started laughing in that way that he knew this one was going to be a doozy.
He recalled being in Denver when he had “spent time” with a woman for the first time and got texted that Broncos cornerback Dale Carter had been suspended for violating the NFL’s substance abuse policy. So he confirmed it … in bed.
